Police artist sketch of the suspect The release of a police artist sketch this week has so far produced no big breaks in the hunt for a Capitol Hill rape suspect who struck in the late hours of the 4th of July holiday and sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman in her 12th Ave apartment. Investigators are urging anybody in the area of Cal Anderson park or 12th and Olive late on Independence Day to share any information they think might be useful.
