NEWS AND NOTES FROM THE RAYBESTOS® ROOKIE CONTENDERS – NASCAR SPRINT CUP SERIES Joey Logano was the Raybestos® Rookie of the Race in the September 19 Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Logano posted a 21 st -place finish and grabbed top rookie honors for the 20 th time this season. Joey Logano leads Scott Speed by 25 points (216-191) in the Raybestos® Rookie standings entering the September 27 AAA 400 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway.
