If a frozen flat isn’t enough to scare me from this winter riding adventure, I’m also told that in extreme conditions my chain and gear head can freeze and lock. I don’t even know what my gear head is!

Urban Humanitarian Projects (UHP) – through its Healthy Grenada program – has teamed up with Osbee Industries and Amerijet International to make generous donation to benefit the under-funded mental facility at Mt. Gay Hospital in Grenada. Healthy Grenada is a health-based initiative spearheaded by St. George’s University (SGU) students under UHP, a 501 c(3) charity. With support from the SGU administration, UHP was able to purchase and ship three shipping pallets full of supplies to the hospital, each weighing approximately 1500 pounds.
